The program

Galactic Filaments / Onion Ring is an invitation-only conversational AI assistance program operated by Ryan Heaney through Meowfish Studios LLC, doing business as Galactic Filaments. Messages include answers to questions, technical troubleshooting, and requested follow-ups. No marketing messages are sent through this program.

Joining and leaving

After receiving an invitation, review the disclosures at Text assistance and text START or your request to (206) 864-5571. You choose whether to send the message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Only known, authorized contacts receive assistant replies.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START from your enrolled number to resume. Reply HELP for help or email or@onionringsandotherthings.com.

Frequency, costs, and availability

Message frequency varies with your requests and conversation. There is no recipient subscription charge for this program. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery are not guaranteed.

AI assistance

Onion Ring is AI, not a human support agent. Answers can be mistaken. Verify important information. This is not an emergency service. Ryan can review conversations for support and operation.
